Shipping Policy
Orders placed through www.viztacraft.com are processed within three (3) business days, provided they are submitted before 12:00 PM SAST. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day. Customers will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification once the order has been dispatched. Delivery timelines will vary depending on destination and carrier.
ViztaCraft reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via trusted road freight partners, including The Courier Guy, First Freight Courier, ST Couriers, Netwerk Couriers, and Big Foot Couriers.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa. Please note we do not deliver to P.O. boxes and do not currently offer standard international shipping.
Freight shipments are individually quoted to offer the most cost-effective solution. If charges exceed our standard subsidy, our team will contact you to discuss alternatives—such as changing the delivery address, paying the difference, or cancelling the order with a full refund.
For deliveries to remote or non-urban areas (e.g., farms, lodges, plots), items will be delivered to the nearest courier depot. We will provide the depot details prior to dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Orders under R1,500 will display calculated shipping charges at checkout. Freight shipments are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee. Orders with multiple freight items will incur a consolidated flat-rate charge.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

International Shipping
ViztaCraft currently ships only within South Africa. International shipping is not available outside of South Africa or the United States at this time.
Freight Delivery Guidelines
Scheduling
If your order ships via freight, the carrier may contact you to arrange delivery. Please ensure your contact details are up to date to avoid delays or additional charges.
Receiving Freight
An adult (18+) must be present to receive freight deliveries and may be asked to assist with unloading. Inspect your order before signing the Bill of Lading. If you discover visible damage, write “Refused due to damage” on the Bill of Lading and return the item to the driver. Then complete and submit our shipping damage claim form.
Important: Signing the delivery note without inspection waives your right to file a damage claim.
In-Store Collection
If you prefer to collect your order, ViztaCraft will contact you to schedule a collection appointment once your payment has cleared. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Collections are available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00 SAST by appointment only.
